General Questions


  • What are your business hours?

    We are open daily from 5 AM to 11 PM, but since staff are not always on-site, visits are by appointment only — even during business hours. Please text us, and we’ll give you a call to arrange a convenient time for you. We respond to all messages within 24 hours. Once you become a member, you’ll receive a key that allows you to access the facility anytime during business hours.

  • Do I need to bring my own paddle and balls?

    No worries! Bring your own or rent/buy one at the club!

  • Is there a dress code?

    Yes, proper sportswear and non-marking shoes are required for play.

    White t-shirts are not allowed as they can affect visibility during play.

  • Can I book a private event at Top Spin USA?

    Yes! We offer event hosting for birthdays, corporate events, and group gatherings. Contact us for more details. 


Membership & Pricing


  • Do I need a membership to play?

    Top Spin USA is a private, members-only club, so a membership is generally required to play. However, we offer special trial options and day passes for visitors who would like to experience our facility before joining. Feel free to contact us to learn more or to schedule your visit!

  • What are the benefits of becoming a member?

    As a member of Top Spin USA, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to our facility from 5 AM to 11 PM daily with your own entry key. Plus, you’ll be part of a welcoming and supportive table tennis community where players of all levels can improve, compete, and have fun.

  • How do I sign up for a membership?

    There are two ways to sign up for a membership:


    1. Text us to schedule a quick tour or trial visit, and we’ll walk you through the membership options in person.

    2. Sign up directly through our website and then book an onboarding session to complete your membership and get started.

  • Can I cancel my membership anytime?

    You may cancel your membership at any time, but a 30-day advance notice is required. If a scheduled payment falls within that 30-day period, it must still be made.

  • Do you offer family or group memberships?

    Currently, we offer individual memberships.
