Top Spin USA is a private, members-only club, meaning we do not accept daily visitors. However, entertainment players who play table tennis only once or twice a year with family or friends may visit during designated hours to enjoy the facility.

Got a question about membership? We’re here to help.

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    Yes, but you must provide a 30-day notice before cancellation. If billing occurs within the 30-day notice period, you are still responsible for that payment.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Do you offer family membership discounts?

    No, we do not offer family membership discounts at this time.

  • Can I visit the club as a one-time guest?

    No, we are a private, members-only club. However, entertainment visitors who play table tennis for fun may visit during specific days and hours. Additionally, a friend can sign up for 7-Days for just $1 to play during designated special hours, and an existing member may join them to play together during that time.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

    To upgrade your membership, simply send us a message, and your plan will be changed immediately from that day.

    To downgrade, just contact us in advance — your plan will be adjusted starting from the next billing cycle.

  • What happens when a tournament is being held?

    During tournament events, practice may not be available, but members can attend and watch the matches, including the finals, for free.
